HAPPY EASTER EVERYONE!!!

MyHotComments.com : 8,000 Graphics and Pics
MyHotComments

I hope that you all have a fabulous day well spent with family and loved ones. Enjoy today, and don't think about work untill tomorrow. That means turn off your cell phones, don't look at your email, you shouldn't even be on Active Rain (like me...tisk tisk). Today is a day to spend with family and enjoy each others company and love. And it's also a day for the young ones to enjoy as they scour on their hunt for easter eggs.

Have fun finding your easter eggs and don't eat all of your candy in one sitting.

I'll see you at the top!

Team Building: what do you do?

Offer opportunities...make options available...make the investment...then just wait and see what happens.

The truth of the matter is, we don't always know if the people that we hire are going to stay on board and perform well for us over time. The best we can do is hold an optimistic view about it and do our part to award them the resources and opportunity. What they should do doesn't always run it's course. But as leaders it is our responsibility to, at the very least award someone the opportunity to be successful by providing him/her the resources and knowledge necessary to succeed.

That's all that they need!

Question: So what are you teaching your Sales Team? What experiences have you had as a Broker/Owner with giving people too much and getting very little in return? What do you do now to compensate for that? Or better yet, how do you draw the line?
